Four roller crusher Introduction
Four-roller crusher has four abrasive rollers. According to the discharge size demanded by the costumers, there are two models.
A Four-roller secondary crusher
Four-roller secondary crusher is the general four-roller crusher. The four roller surfaces can be flat surface or overlay welding surface. According to the requirement of the discharge size, we can choose different rollers. It is suitable for the fine crushing, range of discharge 0.25-5mm. Such as steel industry producing coke powder; coke-oven plant producing coal powder; quartz industry producing quartz powder; iron ore industry making iron powder, or in the similar occasions and so on.
B Four-roller three times crushing crusher
Four- roller three times crusher is a unique patented production independently developed and manufactured by our company. The four rollers surfaces can be flat surface or overlay welding surface. According to the size of discharge, we can choose different rollers. It is suitable for the super-fine crushing,size of discharge is 0.15-3mm. Such as iron ore industry making quartz powders, fine iron powders; ceramics producing feldspar powders; thermal power plant manufacturing stone powder for desulfurization; cement manufacturing powder, pulverized coal; building materials plant manufacturing gypsum powder; chemical industry breaking all kinds of chemical raw materials; or in the similar occasions and so on.
According to customer requirement, the driving mode is divided into triangular belt and shaft coupling. The driving power can be made by electric motor or diesel engine.
Principle of work
Four roller crusher is fixed with four high-strength wear-resistant alloy grinding rollers. Their relative rotation makes high extrusion pressure and shear force for crushing the material. Firstly the material is entered into the space between the top two rollers. Here, it is extruded, rollered and sheared (thick broken) because of the rotation of the top two rollers. Then, it is secondly extruded and gnawingly milled (fine crushing) by the middle two rollers which are relatively rotating. Finally, under the extrusion, cut and mill of the next two rollers, the material becomes the required size, sent by the transport equipment.
